His Excellency the Governor handed a third mobile services license to the Zain to provide mobile communication services after completion of the IPO,
the issuance of the approval of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to establish a company and the issuance of commercial registration.
The duration of the license is 25 years, subject to renewal. Under this license, the company must establish a mobile communications network and a
commitment to the minimum requirements for the deployment of the network coverage required in all regions of the Kingdom.  Zain should be  launching the
service commercially during a maximum period of one year from the issuance of the license
