The study aims to identify the penetration levels, habits and usage patterns and the future potential of Internet in Saudi Arabia. It covers a wide range of information areas from infrastructure to satisfaction. It covers different types of users – individual users, home users, government agencies, educational institutes and corporate users.
The research was such designed, to ensure national representation. Further, the study would be repeated annually for a minimum of three times in order to measure progress and growth.
